    How come the Z comes with 0.3 MP camera
    while the TT comes with 1.3 MP camera?

    It's :( to me

    Also, how do i check whether the DVD burner
    for my Vaio Z is capable of burning Dual Layered discs?
    (Apart from buying an actual DL disc and attempt to
    burn it)

    My z550 currently at 620 * 480, excellent image quality from Motion Eye ! belive me !

    all Z have 1.3 MP camera. Sony makes a lot of mistakes on websites.

    is that the highest resolution? b/c if it is, then its .3MP wen its supposed to be 1.3 MP.

    cant u select a higher resolution?

    Nope, 640x480 is max I can get both for video and images (Z590)

    I got the Z540 from last week.

    At my perfect viewing angle, when I turn on my webcam, all people can see is my bald head.

    So to let people see my pretty face, then I am looking at the screen at an awkard position.

    All in all, its not that great.

    If you cannot get past 640x480, then its VGA resolution, or 0.3 MP.
