    hi there
i have 3 question regarding the sony vaio S series 13.3 inch model
i decided to go with th 1600x900 model ( what made it stand out from others ) with the extra sheet battery

    now my questions:
1- is the i7 worth it ? i always been an i5 user so will it noticeably faster ? or is it only better in situations with extreme multitasking ?
2- can it house 2 ssds ? i mean are those just chips that are offered in the official page or 2 2.5 sized ssds ? because i already have one and the ability to add another will be awesome
3- what is the wireless card type ? dual wireless band or the normal g/n ?

    regards
    ahmed

    searching around about the ssd
to add another one all i found is using a caddy, so cant i do the same that sony them self do by installing 2 ssd's in raid 0 and keeping the optical drive ?

    1. I've heard many people say that the $200 upgrade to the i7 is not worth it and that you won't notice it in most cases.

    2. Like you found, you can use a caddy to replace the optical drive to house another SSD. Sony is able to cram in 2 SSDs into the original HD bay by using special parts, and I haven't heard of anyone able to replicate it

    3. My SA3 says that it has an Intel advanced-N 6230 card, which is a dual band card.

They use 2 special PCB that fit in a 2.5" standard form factor slot.
