    Sony's 30 day return policy starts when you order it on Sony Style? Seems it should start when you receive it. That was brought up to me today when I ordered it on 11-25 and received it 12-5. They took the return anyway but that seems strange to me.

    I would think it starts when received. Did you confirm with a Sony rep that it starts upon order?

    Yes, I think you should definitely complain about that - it seems extremely unfair and just seems as though Sony are trying to safeguard against mishandling by carriers.

    Looks like 30 days from ship date.


    Return Policy: Sony's return policy allows for Products purchased directly from Sony to be returned by you after obtaining a Sony return authorization number (RMA) during the 30 day period (10 day period for AIBO Entertainment Robot Products) following date of shipment by Sony for a refund of purchase price actually paid. We will not issue a refund on any CD or DVD that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
