Hey all. I have a 30pin LCD IPS panel laying around and was wondering if I could connect it to a laptop that originally came with a 40pin LCD TN panel.

    1) Are there any converter/adapter cables?

    2) Do all laptop motherboard LCD connectors have the same LVDS pinout?

    Thanks for any help.

EDIT: the laptop in question is a Vaio s with a 13.3 " 1600x900 screen.

    1) I don't think there is such this cable.

    2) Not all laptop have the same LVDS pinout except they are the same series.

So, turns out this cable does exist?
