    Hello All,

This is my first post here. I really liked the forum because it's so helpful.

I have a "VPCF115FM" laptop. It's about two months that the computer sometimes freezes and the fan runs at full speed. Then, no key works expect "power" and "display off", so I have to do a hard reset by holding the power button for some seconds. First, I thought the problem might be caused by Windows 7 so I did a fresh installation of Windows 8 but the problem still persists. Even it's now happening in very short intervals.

I have chatted with Sony Customer Support. They suggested me to have my laptop be repaired; however I do not think it's a hardware problem. It must be caused by drivers or BIOS. Please note that all of them are updated and the latest versions are installed.

Any suggestions or anyone having the same issue?
