This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    That implies your 610 is faulty.

    I understand your point that the problem is more common than maybe is recognized, but it is a problem none the less. I have a D600 that is more than 2 years old, with lots of use and wear, and the extreme left of the space bar works fine.

    Weird because I tested my girlfriend's d610 and the spacebar worked fine all along its length.
