    A fix for Sony Vaio FS screen buz/hum!

    Here's how I solved this issue. First make sure the screen brightness is on max, Fn key -> F6. Buzzing gone right? But, now it's too bright! So, right-click the desktop, select properties -> settings -> advanced -> GeForce Go 6200 -> nView display settings -> device settings -> color correction. Set "Apply color changes to:" desktop or all. Now you can alter the brightness level to a lower setting without having any buzzing/humming or needing sun glasses.

    This was done on a UK model - Sony Vaio FS195XP.

    I set up mine the same way, but on batteries I prefer the longer runtime to a minor annoyance.
