    Hi,

I need to upgrade the hard-drive of my Vaio A115M laptop (it's a UK model) but was reading that when upgrading hard-drives in laptops in some cases you need to stick to the same capacity. I was wondering if anyone knows if I need to stick to the same 60Gb capacity in my Vaio or can I use a larger capacity?

Just to confirm (since this is the first time I will be upgrading a hard-drive), all I need to do is swap the hard-drives around and use the recovery disc to install the OS etc?

One final thing, the fan of my laptop is constantly running while the laptop is on. This happened after the laptop was dropped once so I am assuming the fan is damaged. Is it possible to change the fan? Is it easy to do?

Any advice appreciated. Thanks in advance.
