    Hi Guys,

I went to a local store were the sell laptops and fell in love when I saw the sony A190, but I'm not sure how this computer will perform with multimedia applications such as photoshop, coreldraw, director, flash, dreamweaver, etc...and 3d programs like MAX. Has any of you guys fortunate enought to have one of this beauties have any experience with any of this programs. Also, this computer comes with windows XP Home, pre-installed which I don't like much, is there any problem if I replace it with a professional version? Thanks

You can go to www.sonystyle.com to customize the A190, that one is called A170. I have a A170 and as for performance there is no need to worry. I ordered the memory at www.crucial.com because it's much cheaper.

I recently purchased the VGN-A190, sorry but I haven't done any photo applications on it yet but, it handles every game I have thrown at it so far(I was playing Doom 3 earlier). [8D] I need to go out and get some more games today...
