I have a FZ190 with a clean install of Vista using all the drivers from the Sony support website. This includes the driver for the ALPS touchpad. I noticed in Internet Explorer 7 that most of the time when I use the "Back gesture" (a quick slide at the top of the pad from the center to the left) that I often go back to the previous page as expected, but the page is scrolled to the top. If I click the actual IE 7 back button or use a mouse (5 button with a "back" and "forward" button) IE 7 works as expected, I see the previous page and it is scrolled to it's previous location.

Anyone else notice this oddity? It is almost as if the ALPS driver is sending the back key info and then immediately some other scroll function. I say this because I have noticed this same oddity using my mouse if I hit the back button on it and while the page is going back if I scroll the mouse slightly the page does not return to it's original location.
