OK, so I have a 28" I-Inc monitor running @ 1920x1200 through HDMI connection to my laptop.

The only properties I can adjust in the video properties in the CCC are brightness, hue, saturation and contrast. Everything else is grayed out (sharpness, noise reduction, etc) even when I have preset set to custom.

It doesn't work even if I use the external monitor as the single display. However, when I am only using the laptop screen, the advanced settings become available again.

This is really annoying. Are there any tweaks I should know about? I want to be able to make my blu-ray movies a little sharper and use noise reduction.
