    AV Mode Installation??

    ok, i formatted my hard drive and have reinstalled a frech copy of vista BUT the instant on feature has been deleted, is there anyone who can upload an installer for it online??

    You need more than just that. Did you get the drivers and auxillary apps from the Sony site? You need a bunch of things to enable the function keys and power mangement. And these need to be installed in a particular order to work properly. See my signature for a link to the FZ clean install thread. It will give you an approximate idea of what else you need and the sequence. Or look and see if there is a clean install thread for your model. (You have a TZ, right?)

    hi, no i have done all that already - all drivers and utilitis from the sony website are installed, i want to install the instant on function that allows you to watch dvds, view pics and play music without booting windows but i dont have the install package for it!
