I got VAIO VGN-FZ36L from Korea. Unfortunately it was having Korean Vista. I formatted it and installed english version of Vista. I downloaded drivers from sony site for the model which was similar to my model from US / Asia Pacific site. All things are working fine but AV mode and VAIO update stopped working.
After digging into the details found VAIO update 3.0 setup but did not work for me and AV mode requires some special software but still i did not find from where to get that and how to install it.
I tried calling customer service in Korea but it was like world of blinds..(Korean languate Customer Service.... :(....)..........

Can anybody please help me to know how can i get my AV mode and VAIO update working fine again.......
