    Abnormal Heating Problem!

    I have a Sony VAIO E-Series Laptop (Model VPCEA16FG) with Windows 7 64 bit OS. I found that my laptop gets heated up and the fan gets started under the following circumstances:
    1. When the laptop is idle (and screensaver is running).
    2. When I boot the laptop.
    3. When I enter the BIOS setup.

    This is very strange because during these situations the CPU is not overloaded... At least common sense says that! I'm wondering what's going wrong?
