    Does it support 1G*2 DDR2-667 RAM ?

    for me 2x1GB DDR2 667 works fine. i just don't know if it works on 533 or 667 mhz. there was a thread somewhere with some controversy about the actual frequency

    I put in 2*533 1gig Ram. Running no problems.

    well the box manual says 533 ddr2. SO I'm gonna say it'll work with faster ram, but it wont take advantage of it

    it does work, im runing 2*667 1gb sticks on mine.

    If you download CPU-Z and look under the SPD tab it should tell you what frequency you're running at. I'd be curious to know myself.
