So my brother has a Sony Vaio, It is coming up on its 2 year anniversary and he is wondering if he should "Accidentally" destroy the laptop for a free replacement. He keeps everything backed up to an external hardrive but he is just having secong thoughts, the computer runs ok still, its slowed down a little bit, but yeah. Can I get some thoughts? Pro's - Con's?

And this would be committing fraud and ethically wrong against the Sony Accidental Warranty (as per my knowledge).

On that note, thread closed. As mentioned, we don't allow discussion of that nature, so bring it up again and you will be banned.

FYI any warranty will be voided if they determine the damage was done intentionally.
