You might need a newest version of true image.
I ran it on S15 just fine.

^ This is the root cause, get an updated version preferably 2011 not 2012, as 2012 has some weird signs, at least on my system, and I saw a complaint about it from another member in the forums.

Can anyone else shed some light on this or confirm that the latest build of TiH2012 does or does not work on the S13p?
