    Just got my new S 260 at Best Buy yesterday. Wanted addtl RAM to 1.2Gig, but they said I'd have to order from Sony but BB would install for $30.00. Is installation and configuring difficult? Could anyone supply a step-by step? I'd feel silly paying $$ if it was a plug and play deal. Plus, can anyone suggest best on-line source for 3d party (cheaper) accessories, like an addtl power supply?
