I have a Sony SZ1HP (a european SZ1-series model) with 512kB of memory. Now that I'm ordering a bunch of stuff from Amazon.com I thought I'd order a 1GB memory module at the same time. But searching Amazon.com for

    "200pin ddr2 1gb sodimm"

results in memory modules from Edge, ACP-EP and some anonymous provider. These are unfamiliar to me so I thought I'd ask here if somebody here has any experiences with one of the modules Amazon.com is selling.

    Thanks in advance, Juhis
