I like Sony glossy screen. It has much better contrast ratio than my monitor. Black is really black. Color is more vibrant. But the problem is the reflection from neon light and other light source. It's very annoying in certain circumstances.

Is there any anti glare screen that I can use that doesn't change the viewing angle, color or contrast ratio?

I doubt it... Adding a layer of material to your display is gonna affect the colour contrast ratio etc.

That said, I bought an anti glare filter for mine and I love it. Here's a before and after if you care.

What is the name of the product? Do you have any links to it? This anti-glare filter looks nice... I may just buy one for my SZ.

It is the Power Support PEF-33 Anti-Glare Film. You can see it here: http://www.powersupportusa.com/products/ef.php?category=pb

It was designed for the Macbook, but because both use widescreen 13.3" panels it works perfectly for the SZ too! In fact I could only find it at an Apple Centre (in Singapore at any rate) and the saleslady gave me a strange look when I replied to her question that I was going to use it on a Sony SZ.

I found one on Ebay. During my search, I did notice that the 13.3 screen size is difficult to find.
