This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Thinking of getting an X505, they've disappeared from the Sony sites, wondered if anyone had heard rumours of a new model?

    X505 is limited edition, so, you are not suppose to see those laptops all the time. If you really want one, you can consider buying from ebay for US model or purchasing Japanese model from dynamism.com. Some companies including the Japanese sonystyle and dynamism still have in stock. But I do not think it will last for a long time since it is limited edition.

    No rumours for the next generation of X505, so far.
