    I faxed my receipt/email to the number provided in the confirmation email and I was wondering if anybody has gotten a confirmation that your request for the Windows 7 upgrade has been successful.

    Yup on sonystyle.com. Than you will get a confirmation email giving you instructions on sending in the required information via email, fax, or mail.

    I did the fax and was wondering if I was suppose to get a confirmation.

    I got the same thing as grenwar. I sent in my info and didn't get any response. You have to send it in within 7 days of submission. Good luck!
