The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Anyone else with a FZ290 tested their Bluetooth?

    I've tried a Logitech bluetooth mouse and keyboard combo and Sony bluetooth stereo headset. I'm getting the same problem on both of these, my range is about 2-3ft. If I'm out of this range lose the BT connection.

    I've spent countless hours messing with this and no luck. Reinstalled drivers, old drivers etc.


    By the way the FZ290 does not use the Toshiba BT Stack. The actual bluetooth device is BCM2046.
