I went to get a file that I stored on my SD card and my whole card was erased :( and it kept saying it had errors on it... I formated it and put the files back. My question is do you think I just have a bumb card or was there ever any issues w/SD cards? I is pretty new and I don't have much stuff on it at all, just an excel file and a couple of small file downloads.

Also is there a limit on how high of a card I can use? I think I have ether a 4GB or an 8GB and I read on here somewhere that some Sony laptop's had a limit on GB's from there SD cards... and in case I have to get a new card is there a brand that you guys use that is good? I have SanDisk now.

    Any help would be great,

    Thanks,
    John

I was putting some files on my new SR that I got 2 days ago and it did the same thing. It was a 2GB card. I was able to get the files off of it, but when I put it back into my cell phone, the card no longer worked. It says there is 0 KB of available space on the card and 0 KB stored.
