I would like to see inside and what it looks like (fascinated with this stuff). Any FS users?

Apparantly, this is the guide:

I have my concern here. I'm going to try this on my FJ to see if I can pad something under the left right corner of the keyboard. The corner is little loose and the keyboard panel goes down a little bit when pressing the nearby keys. It's not tooo common for VAIOs, it it?
Does anyone have it too? Tried to fix?
Thanks! -

I have the exact same problem with mine dude. Even the demo model in store had it. They said its common with Sonys. But hey I would rather have it in one spot, than scatted all across different keys.
Fix the left side, and the thing is perfect cause the rest of the keys other than the very left side is rock solid, no flex!!!! Which is nice for a change.
Long thin piece of double stick tape along the left edge will work.

btw crimer, thats the S series, I have FS. And it doesnt tell or show how to remove the keyboard.
EDIT: Wierd, how you have to unscrew a screw and tilt to the side to pop it off. Is that it?

Isn't FS=S series? I've no experience with Sony model history, so maybe they are different. However, the number and location of the screws seem to be identical with my FJ, keyboard is held with the same tabs (but it has 4, not 2).
In the comments to that guide, someone said that "To release keyboard, unscrew the two screws closest to the battery - one on each side - - and depress the tabs behind the F4 and F12 keys ". It's no sweat to try it anyways. I just hope I don't break those tabs/latches. -

Interesting, ill try that. so i guess you dont have to open the RAM door for it.
Wierd though, not as easy as other brands to pop it off lol. -
Looking at the pictures of the detached keyboard ( http://www.notebookreview.com/assets/6278.jpg), the ribbon is at the bottom, so probably it can come off from the top without unclamping the ribbon cable. Otherwise, we'll need to unplug it from the back first, after unscrewing all the screws.

Have fun talking to yourself in this thread masterQ?
Anyone know how to pop the keyboard off of a FS series VAIO?
