    I guess we cannot put it in the primary drive space?

    then how can we update its firmware? possible to update in the primary space and update using dos mode?

    ^I'm having a hard time following all your posts. In the z, you can update using dos utility. If you want to do it in a desktop, you need a 1.8" to 2.5" converter or cable...ensuring you get one that handles 5V to 3.3V conversion properly.
