    I am just curious...because i read this:

    http://www.sonystyle.ca/commerce/se...1&catalogId=10001&langId=-1&productId=1002520

    particularly the part that states:

'Designed exclusively for use with the VAIO® SZ and FE Series Notebooks.
It is also backwards compatible with S, FJ and FS Series Notebooks.
Provides additional hours of mobile use.'

Just want to know if it is forwards compatible as well.

The part number for the two parts differ by a 1 letter suffix only:

    VGPBPS2C

    VGPBPS2

    Any thoughts/experiences?

    Thanks!

I just picked up a VGP-BPL2 on clearance at Circuit City for $115. Seems to be working OK in my SZ370. It's charging up right now. I might go grab another...

****. My VGP-BPL2C just started going south and replaced it with the same thing.

Do all CCs carry that battery?

Only 1 out of 3 Circuit City's in my area had any. Good luck!
