    I just want to make sure. Also what is the procedure of transfering a warranty?

    It depends on the consumer protection laws (assuming you are buying as a consumer and not as a business) applicable in your home jurisdiction. Some jurisdiction say that a clause limiting the transferability is not enforceable.

    Yes, they are. You (supposedly) mail them a letter letting them know you want to transfer it. I haven't done it yet, but I've read over the clause, don't have it with me though.
