    Hello every one,

    I am interested to purchase a note book that has these features:

    1. 7200 rpm SATA drive.

    2. 2 gigs of 667 MHZ of mem.

    3. Pricing in the range of around $1,500/


    All opinions & suggestions are welcomed......

    You might have to narrow it down a little. First question to answer is how portable does it have to be? I prefer 14.1" laptops, but 13.3 and 15.4" laptops have their advantages too. I think the cheapest usually are 15.4" and 14.1" are a close second.

    The second question is important to me. Although it is not important to everyone.
    What size resolution do you want?
    WXGA (1280x800)
    WXGA+ (1440x900)
    WSXGA+ (1680x1050)
    WUXGA (1920x1200)

    I personally prefer the WSXGA+ or WUXGA with a 15.4" laptop. The WUXGA might be a bit extreme though.
