    Australian Release Of New Models?

    I was wondering, does anyone know when Sony is going to release the new models in Australia? Recently they've just put out the autumn/winter catalogue (which is almost the same as the season before) so I don't think it'll be anytime soon... Does anyone know if it's going to be soon (like the Christmas season) or several years in the future (haha, very likely this, I think)?

    I'm thinking of buying a VAIO but I want more options of models I can choose, and a few of the new models catch my eye...

    Ha, maybe it's not worth the wait and trouble, maybe I should just buy what's avaliable now? Unless there's something amazingly better with the new models?

    Hi there, never rely on the sony catalogue for new products. It was the same in canada here with mp3 players. None of the newer mp3 players were shown in the catalogue, yet they appeared on sale a few after their launch.

    A guy who works at Harvey Norman has speculated that stock of the new models he listed will be available sometime in August.
