    Hey Guys!

As already stated here in the forum, there is an registry option to change the brightness setting of each step you take when pressing fn+F5/F6. Also the brightness for the auto brightness setting can be changed!

So just for your information once more, since not many people read that other thread:

Use the commandline (cmd), start the registry with the command "regedit". Without "".
    Goto: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Sony Corporation\VAIO Event Service\Settings\VESAutoDimmer

Its the settings P00-P09. So by setting P00-P08 to an higher value, (max is decimal 255) the screen will be brighter.
By setting P09 to an higher value, the automatic sensor will set the brightness higher compared to the brightness that will be set normally.

The new thing: You can set the Automatic Switched Battery Plan as well. Just go to:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Sony Corporation\VAIO Event Service\Settings\VESHybridGfx

Go to your command line (start: cmd) type in: "powercfg -l" without the "". Press enter. Your powerplan GUIDs will be listed.

Within the two registry Keys you can set the automatic activated power profile, if you switch the dynamic hybrid graphics system key. (e.g. speed -> stamina) Just enter the GUIDs you obtained before if you want to change the setting.
