    Here a thread shows: http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=85017

    pyro9219 suggested: open regedit
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
find AutoEndTasks and change the value from 0 to 1

But I think this is just a way to hide the what is happening, and may be halmful to to your laptop in the long-term.

A temporary solution is to open Network Connections and disable the Wireless Connection before shutdown that can help to resolve this problem. But I am curious to know why this happens?

Any solution for that is highly appreciated!
