    hi there

I have a Uk Aw 21 S/b model and have done a clean vista install, on the Uk support site there are a limited set of drives and sony utilits as oposed to the US site that has a complete set of all sort of stuff.

Can i use the US drivers on my model?

    Thanks Skoobys

Yes you can. I've combined drivers from both sites.

Vista 32 or 64 bit. If 64 check the top link in my sig for drivers. If 32 could upload them too if needed.

    thanks Mujja

thats good news as the US site seem better organised as regards the drivers and utils.

Its the 32 bit ones I'm after but I think I can find them on the site.

    thnaks skoobys

Why 32-bit? Install Vista x64 (same serial key as 32-bit) or better still install Windows 7 RC.

In the short time I've had this AW I've installed and tweaked VAIO Vista x32, Vista 32 +SP1, Vista 64 +SP1 & SP2 and three builds of Windows 7.

Windows 7 RC x64 is by far the smoothest OS.

vista 32 mainly 'cause of the programs I'm running atm which are the adobe web design set and i dont think they have a win7 set, havent looked into 64 bit set for vista though.
