    I am facing a new problem with my VAIO VGN-CS35GN. recently i came to know that my laptop was not showing the MODEL NUMBER, SERIAL NUMBER AND SERVICE TAG NUMBERS as RESERVED. Recently i gave my laptop for service in an authorized Sony service center. after that i have updated the BIOS version with the new one which is downloaded from sony support site. now i am unable to use vaio recovery tool and also the recovery discs even.. plz help me out.
