I just noticed that Sony released a bios update for the TX a few weeks ago (R0032N3) and one nice thing I noticed about it is, that they fixed the battery charged issue. Before updating, when the battery reached 100%, it still left its charging status as "Charging" instead of "Charged". I didn't use the R0022N3 bios, so I'm not sure if it was fixed then, but it's one less bug.

They still haven't done anything about the fan issues though - it still goes on and off every 30 seconds or so. Also, it doesn't look like there's any bios option to enable virtualization either (not that I really expect them to add it). With the TZ soon to be released, I don't expect any future bios releases.
