    Hi

I have just done a Vista reinstall on a Sony Vaio VGN AR31S after a hard drive failure
It has an nVidia GE force 7600GT

Basically, whatever driver I install, I get a BSOD on restart and have to run safe mode to remove it in order for it to restart again.
I do a driver clean between installs.
I have a variety drivers ranging from the original, the one on the sony update disc and some from suggestions I have read on other forums.

Please help, I can't be the first person to have experienced this and I currently can't run a dual screens system on the standard driver and windows 7 is probably a no no as well.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    Many thanks

    Paul
