    Hello All,

I have a 2 month old BZ11 which I have not been impressed with since new and it is currently with Sony for warranty repairs.

The fan has turned noisy and is being replaced. The keyboard gives when typed on (ie it sags slightly) and several timer per day it skips key strokes at random.

But one issue is in dispute with Sony and that is that the casing has movement between the two halves where your right wrist will rest when typing. There is actually a 0.5mm gap between the casing starting next to the Wireless LED and moving towards the right corner. This has been there since new and it squeaks every time I move my arm. Sony dispute that it is thier problem and expect me to pay for the repair.

I was wondering if anyone else has a BX11 and can check for the same problem.

    Many thanks

    Martin
