I have just purchased a new Sony Laptop that runs Visa Business, however there are no Back Up/Recovery CD's with it. Is this correct or am I missing the CD pack?

You'll have to burn them. Sony's don't come with recovery dvds/cds. You can burn it by access the help/support icon on desktop and navigating to backup/recovery.

Ok, thanks for the quick response.

How rubbish is that surely Sony could put a CD in with the machine.

I've tried running the Create Recovery Discs from Launch Vaio Recovery Centre however I get the following error:

    "Programs C:\Program Files\Sony\Vaio Recovery\Launcher.exe

This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way."

All my Vaio updates are up to date.
