    Hey guys,

I'm trying to troubleshoot a flickering screen on my sisters Vaio, model number (dxdiag): VGN-CS2G_R.

When you turn the PC on it flickers for about 10 seconds, fixes for 2, flickers for 10, etc...

Then slowly it becomes 5 second flickers, then 2 second, and now after 20 minutes it's barely flickering. After 40 minutes It's fine....

Any suggestions? It's not software related (It does it from boot) and It does it whether I have power in or not... There's no part on the surrounding of the LCD screen I can press that temporarily fixes the issue...

If it's a cheap fix I'll buy the part and fix it myself... My sister needs the PC up and running for exams.

    Cheers guys
