My lap top does not sound an alarm when the battery is low.
I have gone to the control panel power meter and checked everything, I set it to warn me when battery life is 10% and another alarm critical when it is 5 %
I even selected a wav files with the sound.
When I point to the Icon on the task bar it always show the second Battery that was never present in this machine, even though the current battery is at 5% the secondary battery show 90 something percent.
It shuts down and gives me no warning.
How can I fix this problem ?
    thank You
