On the little side bar in the bottom right corner of the screen, there usually is a battery icon that tells you the battery level, but I just turned on my CR and it is not there! How can I get it back, or find what battery level my Laptop is?

    Thanks,

    J

What program do you use to watch your battery level? The one came with the laptop or with vista/xp?

it's the Vista one on Sony laptops, well at least on my SZ anyway!

And to get it back try this:

    1. Right-click the taskbar, and then click Properties.

    2. Click the Notification Area tab.

    3. Under System icons, select the Power check box.

The power box is grayed out so I cannot check it. The Laptop is at full power and charging right now btw.
