    Battery Problem on SZ360p/c

    Battery is 100% charged however, when i unplug and restart it jumps down to 93%. Is this a known issue or should i contact support?!

    That's just the hard disk usage influencing the reading. I'm sure that shortly thereafter it reads 98%, correct?

    Its normal for Sony laptops. Go do a search on SZ120 and battery life.
