Battery issues!

HI
I have Vaio e series model sve1511rfxb with windows 7- 32 bit.
1) I cant find drivers for 32 bit. the website only has 64 bit and it doesnt work on my vaio. I tried using universal extracter too but no luck

2) just last night, out of no where vaio is not detecting battery (empty battery with red cross and plug sign) . Laptop only works if plugged in. i cleaned the battery too.
saw some posts regarding uninstalling a driver for battery but i didnt do that because there are no drivers available for 32 bit

Kindly help with these issues.

It seems according to Sony Support's page that your laptop came with 64-bit version of Windows as the original one. So you won't get 32-bit drivers for it.
