So I was looking through best buy's website today, as I need a new computer, preferably through them. I have heard of their blue label award, because I heard of the toshiba e205 before. But I never knew sony had a model as well.
It is a 13", magnesium case, backlit keyboard, core i5, 5 hour battery.
Unfortunately it comes with integrated graphics, with no choice to upgrade. the graphics is the biggest downside to me, as well as the smaller-than-would-prefer 14" or 15" screen. But it looks great, and I never noticed it on the sony website. What do you all think of it, compared to the cw or e series?

H.A.L. 9000 Occam's Chainsaw
That's a pretty good notebook. The GMA HD graphics will perform about as well or better than the integrated ATi HD4200.

but how do they compare to a gt-310m? just to see where it stands vs the cw.
-
Not even close, a 310m will blow away the Intel GMA .

Almost forgot BB has another very nice SONY a 14" that's only slightly bigger than the Blue Label one.
Has a better i5 CPU but more importantly a Nvidia 330M GT graphics card that will easily outperform it.
Just a thought but i think this a much better deal.
