What is the best cleaner for SONY Xbrite screen? I want a cleaner that can make the screen LIKE NEW again. Went to bestbuy yesterday, bought 3M cleaner > wipe the screen > dirt is gone, BUT the cleaner left some sort of "rainbow" residue on the screen.

    Anyone can advise??

I just used microfiber cloth to wipe clean any grease or fingerprint mark. For more serious case I would use some of my Giottos lens cleaner solution.

I have used iklear before on my other laptop screens and it works very well. I also use a microfiber cloth to wipe it off (3M).

iklear used to work on my old laptop as well, but on my s560, it leaves some residue that I just can't remove. I tried just working on small surface one at a time, but it dried while I'm wiping it, and left the residue. then I tried Fellowes's cleaner, and it seemed to work better. No dried residue left.
However, I find that the iklear's green cloth works the best, even with the fellowes product.

For some minor cleaner, microfiber and a bit water works fine. But just make sure to avoid cleaning solution that contain alcohol. It may dissolve the dye in the cloth.
