    I want to get the best graphic card for my FE790 . currently it has 7600GS. so What's the best one that could be installed in FE790

    Sorry, since you have a notebook, the graphics card is integrated into the motherboard. I do not think that the Go7600 belongs to the small minority of mobile GPUs that can be exchanged. So I am afraid you will have to stick with the one you have.
