(Yes I did Google it but there are too many varieties for me to figure out.)

What's the largest and fastest Memory Stick that will work on the Z3?

I already have a 64GB SD card in the SD card slot.

Or would it be better to just get a 128GB SD card? Will that work in the Z3?

128GB works fine. I have a SanDisk Extreme 128GB SDXC card in my SVZ/Z3 for some big files I don't want to waste SSD space for. It's rated at 45 MB/s and you really notice the difference in speed. Especially, it's seems very single threaded. When I transfer a big file, accessing it is extremely slow. Can take seconds to open the root dir, if it completes at all before the file transfer is done.

But I guess it's the same with your 64GB card? Anyway, 128GB works fine.

I see Lexar has a 256GB card, really expensive. Perhaps someone else has tried?

I used to use a 128GB SDXC card together with a high speed 32 GB Memory Stick on my Z's.
