I just bought a S13 premium and am looking at a good dock/port extender to connect everything while at home.
While I am aware that Sony offers a dock that can be used even with the sheet battery, the connectivity is a bit of a letdown. No usb 3.0 (for fast external hdd) and no sound ports.

Are there any people that have experience with alternative docks through usb3.0 that work well with the Vaios?

    It would need at least
3x usb2.0 (mouse, keyboard and webcam)
    1x usb3.0 (hdd)
    1x hdmi (1920x1080 or more)
1x 3.5mm audio jack (for external speakers)

    Any ideas?

I might have actually found solution for my main complaint about the Sony dock: sound

An USB soundcard like the Asus Xonar U3 will solve that problem. I could even hook it up to a receiver through a TOSlink interface.
    Sweet.
