    Big problem with the camera on my SZ450

    When I try to use the camera it works for a few seconds and then it causes my whole computer to crash. I get a blue error message that says "A problem has been detected and Windows is shutting down". Does anyone else have this problem with the SZ450? If so do you know how it can be fixed? When I first got the computer it worked. Also when my computer starts it says a sonic solutions driver could not be loaded because of compatability issues. I do not know if this has anything to do with it.

    You could restore the software to the original state. This would iron out any issues you may have with software..

    Thanks I called Sony. I removed the camera restarted and then it worked.

    Does the computer work when you try and reinstall the camera?

    Yes it actually installed the camera by itself. I just removed it and restarted the computer. ALso Sony has an update the allows you to record videos.

    I have bought Sony Notebook SZ450N and have installed new Retail operational system Vista Busin. In the Finnish language. But now I do not know how to install all of program which have been installed on notebook before!!!

    If I were you, I would go back to original factory setting. I believe it came with Vista Business in English right? Once you have done that, you could install the language pack available from Microsoft. It will change the whole UI to whatever language pack you install. I think it's one of the nice feature Vista has which is far better than WinXP. Anyway, I have installed Korean Lang Pack on English Vista and I am loving it :)
