    Hey I had this FJ270 Viao for almost 2 years now and a big problem. The bios won't tell me what model number it is and in system infomation it tells me that it is reserved. What I want to do is, reset the bios, I took apart the whole thing, The keyboard and the metal case under it and i don't see it anywhere, do you guys have any idea where it could be

    Hey thank you soooo much!!!! I am putting back the laptop right now, took apart everything. i Hope it works, again thanks alot!

    EDIT: I still get the same error "THIS UPDATE IS NOT INTENDED FOR USE WITH YOUR COMPUTER MODEL". Its not working!!!

    does anyone know how to reset the bios at least? i can't install any of the official sony drivers at all. so far my webcam doesnt work, sound, keyborad buttons to control screen dim and i cant use wireless

    Nope, that won't neither, it still gives me the same bull**** error message. I am really ready to throw this **** of my roof. How can I fix this?

    Tap F2 while You Turn on comp. Inside the BIOS. Press F9 choose Yes.
    F10 to save Choose Also Yes.

    Hey, I did what you told me 2 times and restarted and shutdown and again its the same thing. here is a picture. What else can i do?
